MBR is an advanced technology which combines membrane separation technology and biological treatment technology. JUNYUE’s MBR system contains advanced wastewater treatment processes and solid-liquid separation in a single containerized package. The typical arrangement of components is bioreactor and membrane filtration components, circulating activated sludge by this system.

Technical Description


JUNYUE’s MBR uses TORAY flat sheet membrane which is mainly used for treating and recycling of sewage and industrial wastewater. A large number of micro-organisms adequately contact with the substrate in MBR, they maintain their own growth and reproduction by oxidation decomposition, and at the same time degrade the organic matter. The submerged flat sheet membrane module can effectively remove the suspended particles when it is used in membrane bioreactor .It contains TORAY’s advanced molecular techniques and it has a good adsorption, persistence, and water permeability. Each flat membrane contact with the mixture directly which has been treated by biological .Separate the biological mixture by negative pressure which is produced by absorbing pump ,clear water through the membrane pores directly and be sent to water reuse by suction pump .On the contrary, sludge is retained in the tank to continue their biological response .
