The Ultra Filtration (UF) is a process for separation of colloids, proteins, microbiological contaminants and large organic molecules from fluid streams. The key of ultra-filtration process is a thin, polymeric, semi-permeable membrane. Incoming water is pumped at low pressure through the surface of the membrane. Solutes larger than the membrane pore size are retained, while water and low molecular weight constituents can pass through (or permeate) the membrane. UF has large use in water treatment and wastewater recovery applications. UF is typically designed upstream of RO. JUNYUE Technology provides state-of-art UF systems. JUNYUE’s modular UF units are designed for medium and large-scale treatment applications. Our advanced control systems allow seamless operations of multiple trains.

Turbidity <0.1 NTU

Our standard designs allow for large systems to be shipped and assembled in shortened timeframes. A number of sizes and configurations are predesigned to efficiently meet the majority of applications. Customizable options ensure that the customer’s specification is met.
