SSC Type Central Drive Sludge Scraper

SSC type Central drive sludge scrapers are designed for collecting sludge in medium and small circular clarifier tanks of WWTP.

Features:

l  Diameter up to 30 m.

l  Drive Unit: Cyclone reducer (small unit) or gear reducer (large unit) with motor (0.37 KW to 2.2 KW)

l  Walk bridge: whole bridge for tanks or semi-bridge for tank, per client demand

n  Carbon steel with epoxy paint (standard)

n  Or 304/316/316L stainless steel (per customer's demand)

n  Or FRP (per customer’s demand)

l  Bottom scraping mechanism, including: scraping arms, scraping blades, submerged bearings, etc.

n  Galvanized carbon steel  (standard)
