General Belt Conveyor

The general belt conveyor consists two or more pulleys, with an endless loop of conveyor belt – typically made of rubber, fabric or other materials – rotating about them. To stabilize the conveyor belt and its transporting items, trough idler roller is commonly used for handling bulk items, and the flat idler roller is favored for transporting packed products. The general belt conveyor is suitable for handling bulk or set items, and has been widely adopted in metallurgy, coal, traffic, electro-mechanics and chemical industries. In general, our standardized belt conveyors are available with the width of 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200 or 1400 mm, and the belt speed can vary from 0.8 to 4.0 m/s. The popular models are ZJTI-86, TD75, QD80 and DTII series.

Our general belt conveyor can operate under the environment temperature from -10 to 40 ºC. The temperature of the transporting items must be under 50 ºC. Depending on the actual purpose, additional measures such as water proof, explosion proof, corrosion resistant and heat proof are mandatory and must be applied prior to the deployment.

Inclined Belt Conveyor

The inclined belt conveyor incorporates either grip top belt or flights, with a relatively large range of adjustable dip angle – typically from 30 to 90 degrees, to convey items upwards steadily. The inclined belt conveyor is popular among ports, mine, metallurgy industry, chemical industry and power plants, and it is fitting in the unit handling process. Our large inclination belt conveyor comes with the width of 500, 650, 1200 and 1400 mm.

Mobile-Elevating Belt Conveyor

The mobile-elevating belt conveyor is virtually the same as the general belt conveyor, but the mobile-elevating belt conveyor is designed for conveying stamping parts typically for the automobile production line. Our mobile-elevating belt conveyor has width of 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 2000, or 2400 mm, and the length can vary from 4800 mm to 13000 mm.
