The ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system is an advanced membrane separation and recycling technologies. This system can be applied in wastewater treatment for the removal of oil and grease, hydroxide, metal soaps, bio-solids, insoluble salts, particulates and colloids. The ceramic membrane is one common type of inorganic membrane. It is fine filtration material with a porous structure and is made from aluminum oxide, titanium oxide and zirconium oxide by the means of high sintering. Compared with the organic membrane that the traditional ultrafiltration system adopted, the ceramic membrane has following advantages.

-      High thermal stability, suitable for high temperature and high pressure system

-      wide pH range, excellent resistance to acid/alkaline and organic solvent

-      Compact mechanical design, abrasive resistance

-      Easy regeneration, long lifespan

-      Easy to clean, suitable for CIP or high temperature disinfection or back flushing

-      Narrow pore size distribution, high separation accuracy

Ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system not only delivers superior water quality suitable for discharge, but also completely eliminates the need for expensive and sludge producing treatment chemicals. In addition, it can recover and save the individual components in a wastewater stream for re-use. Except for wastewater treatment, the ceramic membrane ultrafiltration system also has outstanding performance and advantages in the following fields.

-      Purification of processing and lubricating oil

-      Separation of bio-solids from fermenting liquids

-      Filtration for food industry

-    Chemical processing, e.g. brine purification

Our ceramic membrane ultra-filtration system adopts the membrane products manufactured by Jiangsu JIUWU Hi-tech Co., Ltd. We can also provide membrane experimental units for pilot test demand.
