REVERSE OSMOSIS

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a process that uses pressure applied through a membrane barrier to remove dissolved solids from a liquid. RO has large use in desalinization applications from tap water, blackish water and sea water. In these applications, RO is typically designed downstream of filtration unit (conventional pressure filters or UF). With the development of RO membrane technology, RO is also becoming very popular in wastewater recovery application. JUNYUE Technology provides state-of-art RO systems. JUNYUE’s modular RO units are designed for medium and large-scale treatment applications. Our advanced control systems allow seamless operations of multiple trains.

Standardized or Customized System

Our standard designs allow for large systems to be shipped and assembled in shortened timeframes. A number of sizes and configurations are predesigned to efficiently meet the majority of applications. Customizable options ensure that the customer’s specification is met.

n  Low pressure piping, UPVC DIN standard or SCH 80

l  Automatic valves: Pneumatic valves, flange connection per GB or DIN Standard

l  Frame structures: Carbon steel with epoxy paint, or stainless steel

n  100% skid mounted at workshop, including local panel on the skid.
